RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:ARTISThere is zero reason for Riocan to cut the dividend. CEO has already guaranteed $1.60/share AFFO on the low end for this year. Payout per share per year is $1.44 for a payout ratio if 90%. Riocan has properties coming online later this year and next year that will further boost the AFFO with their incremental revenue.
