It's idiots like this one on Reddit (and Reddit is full of idiots):
https://www.reddit.com/r/CanadianInvestor/comments/ildjqy/bpyun_and_reiun/

Both BPY.UN (BROOKFIELD PARTNERS) and REI.UN (RIOCAN) are part of my biggest holdings in my portfolio. Both are averaged around at 13$ and 14$ meaning I am up on them plus the extra dividend is nice.
But I am tempted to sale them and ride the $AAPL wave or even get me some more of $PINS or $NET and be more on the tech side. If I we're to keep one I think it would be REI.UN but I guess I am writing this maybe just to validate myself to you guys haha so I can dump some extra money to start a position on AAPL...
Seems like a good move to you guys? Can't believe I just asked if dumping BPY.UN for AAPL, a good move? I must be mad, right? In all fairness, I hate selling on my accounts, I just rather start a new position then sell to buy... but running low on cash

Hope they all sell out. Good riddance.
