RE:RE:RE:RE:PP...Giuseppe...your question is valid. But I understood that Baidu doesn't need Peak for financial clout . But Baidu has customers,,,lots of them. And likely many of them need financing to get loans to buy from Baidu. But peak simply streamlines the loan process to see who can qualify to get a loan to buy from Baidu. Now maybe I'm wrong. I will see if I can get through to Johnson Joseph to confirm if my thinking is correct...or I need to adjust my view. But if I'm right, then actually, Peak has made it....seriously,,,they made it. Got a big player to let them help them quickly qualify people to get loans so they can sell more. I would illustrate it like this: A car dealership could simply leave it to the customer to see if he can get a loan to buy a new car. But the car dealerships realze if we get involved and help people to get qualified, we sell more cars.. So whatever Baidu was doing before to qualify people for loans, they must see some benefit in getting peak to help them.
Even though this results in peak getting a cut of the profit, they must feel they will qualify more people or businesses for loans, and Baidu will sell more. I don't know....can someone correcty me? Is this illustration appropriate...accurate ? I will phone the CEO, and see. But if it is....wowzers....it seems peak should do well. Maybe it is the next SUPER stock..
