Bad news

cineplex won't reopen in GTA.


If they don't pay, RioCan needs to move to evict. Their are many international chains that have been trying to buyout Cineplex. They would re lease those spaces in a flash. RioCan needs to start enforcing contracts if cineplex is just going to choose to not reopen.
