Maybe, but I didnt see that part about rent assistance. Please let me know where as that is interesting.

They only get the 25% top up if they are FORCED to close. Technically, the government is allowing them to open. 

I think Cineplex is 4.4% of revenue.. half of that is at risk until a vaccine is distributed. I really hope RioCan put in all sorts of re development rights in every single Cineplex lease. If these sites in Toronto are going to continue to generate zero income, either EVICT THEM or start planning redevelopment. We cant just hold these spaces until this mermaid of a vaccine shows up.
