This. When I had 7-figures to re-invest after Northview got acquired, I looked at smaller REITs but there simply wasn't enough liquidity.

And my amount to invest as an individual is tiny compared to 8 and 9-figures that institutions have to invest. They can't buy a little PRV that's barely traded 23,000 shares today at $5.85, or ERE.UN that hasn't even traded 100,000 shares today at $4.18. They need size and scale.
