The Trust’s Canadian investments are made through a wholly owned Canadian corporation, Alaris Equity Partners Inc. and its American investments are made through two Delaware corporations, Alaris Equity Partners USA Inc., Salaris USA Royalty Inc., and their subsidiaries.

CIBC upgrades to Outperform

With a $19 target. Yesterday RBC raised their target to $20. Analysts are optimistic about AD putting the cash they just raised into new investments, and the stock still down significantly from pre-pandemic levels.
