RE:Whats driving this price action??Its a good question. All the company history is available to read in SEDAR and its pretty juicy. They have managed to blow over $100million in bad investments and likely some fraudulent ones as well over the past 7 years. These guys wrote the book on how to lose $. Some clown at TD Asset bought a 3% unsecured debenture from them and an investee company several years ago - I think over $125million in total. That debt is worth zero now and was swapped for shares in a convoluted transaction involving MINT corp - another trainwreck. Worth reading through the MD&A for this one and MINT to see how these characters fleeced TD and destroyed shareholder value while enriching themselves and their affiliates and service providers with consulting fees, service level agreements and nice salaries etc.
