I got to say folks I'm very impressed by qualifications of our senior corporate leadership. Mark has an outstanding resume and all investors in first Cobalt should take a few moments to research the qualifications of our leadership. To me, just the quality of people that have been assembled to bring this project to fruition is certainly an asset to the value of current and future stock prices.
