Dale and Carl are scum These two clones keep really screwing us. From the very start all they have done is lie and cheat.
Iv been trying to get them voted out since the start. Unfourtantly they have to many votes on there side, they have stacked the deck nicely. they have done such a horrible job its funny when you think of all the abuse the shareholders have taken. First the Mathison brothers two ditectors that sold several million shares before they bailed. Then Dale and Carl sold several million shares.
then the dead founders wife had to sell a few million shares. I think I may see a pattern.
Then theres they facility that they paided nearly twice whats its worth to get built,
and there farming partners, sure havent heard much about them? how about all those special strains that they have got? and how about the sales lisence or the new facilty
Cant forget dale and carl haveing there wifes buying into private placements and then selling and holding options over and over again. And now they get a couple hundred grand each for bonus thru there consulting companys. what a couple of jokers
