You're correct that the EOI is no longer on the septa website. I was rather excited by this frankly. I really don't see GSI not getting this contract, (whatever it is). There is also big talk of bus lane enforcement cameras for SEPTA. I posted several months ago that the lady spearheading the legislature for this is now on the septa board.
