RE:In the article just mentioned I think what Jaye is referring to is the way it currently is with expecting the transit operator to be able to see the plate on the offending vehicle. With a camera it would be recorded and downloaded at end of shift. Sent to the enforecment bureau. A simple mto check and send the registered owner of the vehicle the offence notice. I'm sure it would be the same as the photo radar where there are no points attached to the offence, only a monitery fine. But once a fine is attched to a person it would have to be paid or the persons licence would be suspended for unpaid fines. I know that camera enforecment is the way to go as it has been proven to reduce speeds and collisions which is what the goal of enforcement is all about.
