RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Stephen Takacsy top pick on BNN:For sure , Takacys has some egg on his face over this recommendation -  one always has to be a bit skeptical about the analysts. When there's money on the table, it's everyone for themself. To be fair though, I don't think he foresaw the effect of closing the Peller Winery and Estates' outlets. Their 4th quarter is always their weakest. 
Peller's land package has to be worth a lot, but their operations do tend to disappoint on the income side. Whenever there's a growth in sales, SG&A suddenly grows sufficiently to suck up the extra expected profit. Really thinking hard about continuing to hold this stock. It has been a huge disappointment over the last 3 years.
