Stuck

Yes I am stuck holding this stock. It is not a big position so I am hanging on and will average down when I think its bottomed. The industry is a good and growing but that is part of the problem . the longer it takes for them to get some decent traction , the more the competition will grow. So its now a management problem. Do they have the right people , the right connections , the right sales force , the right stratagey, to grow the company or is it just a job and hope for the best.
