franco seems to be ready to fly. a close above 17.25 today and a higher close tommorow would signal a new bull run of at least 70 % .(30 cdn.).if franco could hold today and hold above 17.25 tom. then 30 should be our new high for this leg of bull run. this would be the first time franco has rallied (12.4 - 18.70 ) and then corrected (15.25 ) and has not touched a new low (12.4) this is very positive and is the move we have all been waiting for.
