RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Volatility As AD.un is a trust unit distribution not a dividend the tax differences will generally make it such that people will want around a 2% higher yield to be comparable to a dividend stock. So if AD is compared to a 5% yield stock it will trade at 7% yield. Given there are a lot of good 5% yield blue chip stocks right now I don't expect AD will get to less than 7% yield. It doesn't matter in no taxable accounts but only a portion is held there.
