Koryx Copper Inc V.KRY

Alternate Symbol(s):  KRYXF

Koryx Copper Inc. is a Canadian copper development company focused on advancing the 100% owned, PEA-stage Haib Copper Project in Namibia whilst also building a portfolio of copper exploration licenses in Zambia. Haib is a large and advanced copper/molybdenum porphyry deposit in southern Namibia. The Haib Copper project, Exploration and Prospecting License 3140, is held by Haib Minerals (PTY) Ltd, a Namibian corporation fully held by the Company. It holds the option to acquire up to 80% of three large scale exploration licenses in the copper belt in Zambia. The licenses include Luanshya West project (LEL 23247), Chililabombwe project (LEL 23247), and Mpongwe project (LEL 23248). The licenses cover about 752 square kilometers in the Central African Copper belt. LEL 23247 is situated in the center of the Zambian Copper belt, which forms part of the Central African Copper belt. The three licenses sits on the same side of the Copperbelt, which hosts nine large copper mines.

Mr. Yepnewpapy,

I think you're working under the assumption that the Namibian Gov't including its justice & court systems operate in the same fashion as the Europeans & North America. Where there's neutrality & independence between the various departments & top officials. This my friend, is a completely FALSE assumption and/or narritive and if this the case you're being completely naive to the whole situatiuon. As DSM's mgmt are at this time.

Ask yourself WHY did this happen in the first place? Why does the Namibian Gov't suddenly have a beef with DSM? I pointed out most of the reason why is previous posts, but i'll just quickly recap here again. Most investors on these forums, whether its Stockhouse, Yahoo, CEO or some other social media site, think that DSM is at fault here somehow as they must have done somthing wrong with the relationship they have with the Gov't. If you scroll through the comments on a site like SH or CEO, you'll notice that most investors are really ignorant & oblivious to what's really happening & blame the company for this current situation. Their ressoning, "Well, it seems ONLY DSM is have these problems with the Namibian gov't and no else is and there's dozens of mining companies operating in Namibia with no issues". Do you see how ignorant people are?

Most investors, either due to lack of experience, intellect or both cannot undertand the situation accurately so they accept the easiest & most simplest of explanations. Blaming DSM & some failure on their part for having lost the asset. What most don't realize is that their strongest rationalization "Others aren't having issues" is the reason why DSM is having those problems. Most probably don't know that practically ALL foreign mining operators have given some part of their interest in their asset either directly to Gov't, it's national mining company OR someone, some private entity CLOSE to Gov't. Whether through direct owernship of the asset OR the company itself. In DSM case,  neither the Namibian Gov't or anyone close to them has absolutely ANY interest in the asset OR the company.........hence the problems came.

So why the issues now and not in the past? Two MAJOR reasons. First and most obvious, copper prices. A few years ago copper assets & copper prices were in a prolonged slump and no one wanted ANYTHING to do with them. There was no money to be made, no demand and no one was chasing them like they are now. Secondly, you have to remember that TECK use to own this, a massively huge company with tentacles all over the world & lots of finnacial resources & influence. Do you really believe that the Namibian Gov't would have tried to shake down Teck at ANY point in time they owned this asset? Even now? Most probably not. The Namibians arent the smartest bunch but even they arent that stupid.

Due to the fact that copper prices have rocketed, making every viable copper asset in the world very valuable AND EVERYONE & their grandma (especially the Chinese) are chasing these assets with hell's fury behind them. Now you add to this that it's NO LONER big TECK that owns this AND the Gov't has absoutely NO INTEREST and there's absolutely no way they can profit from this in ANY manner, except royalties when it goes into prodcution. It's plain & simple friend, copper prices spiked, everyone chased the assets & the gov't pi$$ed that DSM has 100% of the interest and they none! Therefore, they're trying to shakedown DSM to either give up some interest in Haib OR give up the asset completely through a dragged out court case.

I'ts a big chaotic, convoluted mess, as the country & whole continent is. Like i said, if the Namibians haven't stocked up on DSM shares in offshore accounts by buying at these low prices in the last few months & are ready to finally make up with DSM, they will drag this out for as long as they possibly can. I hope most intelligent investors realize this.

Good luck & God speed
