It appears consultant category of expenses is a permanent cost. This is highly likely paid to management- one or two insiders. The bonus is more likely for the 2 all star growers they have.

From a one time peak of 86 cents or so to 8 cents - definition of a true zombie stock. Shareholders who still have not sold are stuck in "jail". The senior team, there, like 1/2 people are the wardens of this prison. Big question, for a public company (albeit micro cap status or microdot value ) is governance. Where is board in all of this value destruction?
