RE:RE:Kelt - New Presentation up, Jan 14th.Fully agree TD, this is a powerhouse mgmt. team and when anyone believes they're sleeping.. they're working.. working to create shareholder value, they themselves (Dave W) are large shareholders.. best alignment.

Looking through the deck and gleaning what I can from various sources.. I almost get the impression that they're setting up Wembley Pipestone to sell.. initially I thought they would acquire there.. but that asset alone is worth a lot of money and they feel it's fully delineated.  CNQ bought an asset there recently and there has been some A&D..  would probably fetch their Market Cap (i.e. their EV) alone.. which would give them significant Capital to build out Oak/Flatrock, Gas Plant and Infra also..   they built Inga (gas Plant) to sell to Conoco.. a decent bit of business..but a bit of a rushed (delayed) sale given Covid and the financial risks / debt from the lenders..

With BC LNG, once built, Oak, would triple the EV.. and set Dave & team up for a nice Exit -> $3BN (3x the share price from here) - the Blueberry FN debacle will be resolved soon.  Blueberry have even elected an Oil/Gas friendly chief..

But that's one scenario.. there are many, and this team and company have a lot of assets and a lot of options and a lot of knowledge.

KELT has been a little of a "believe in the managment team" investment verses NR and fact finding investment in the last 3 months; BUT i always felt good about it. Could be a lot of good news in the next 7 weeks (Update Jan/Reserves Report Feb/Y/E Report Early March). Look forward to good news. TD12
