Non- core property sale $ - any ideas?I am throwing out a number - but think they might get around $15mil for the two property sales. It costs 2.5mil to drill and complete a well in the area. Average new well production 200 boe/d. So 10mil cost to get to 1kboe/d. Figure that the value of land, infrastructure owned and seismic in that area more than offsets the ARO's .Any comments?
