Seems likely... insiders got 30M shares last week at .70c with a 1/2 share at 0.85/share within 12 months.. cannot lose and a nice bump today on no news... Someone knows something !! Go Cathedral Go !!! Pretty solidly run company, though the last offering seems awfully generous to the buyers.
