Doesn't anybody study anymore?

Doesn't anybody study anymore? For those of you who are ranting on the negativity of an ATM program - don't you study? On the contrary, an ATM offering program May provide a company with a more attractive and less diluted Capital raising option. It allows your company to take advantage of a more temporarily high stock price or an upcoming milestone event to raise money. A typical equity offering drops the stock approximately 7 to 10%. The average ATM announcement is minimal at 1 to 3 percent. I have no idea where are you getting your information from - maybe some guru on YouTube or Twitter - but the facts are completely opposite. And as for the comment that Trent is just a lawyer and not a true CEO - his biography is easy to search. He has the ears of the premier of Ontario, the prime minister of Canada, and the governor of the great state of Idaho listening to him. He deserves your respect. It's because of him that you came here in the first place.
