Where is the Company on the BUYBACKS?? They are authorized for 5% of the float. They have taken in about 75K shares YTD. 5% is like 500K shares.

Stock is Super Cheap on Price to Book and Price to Earnings for a Real Estate Company with a diversified portfolio of properties on both sides of the Border.
