I don't think your question can be answered seriously because it contains an approach that is simply wrong. As you as an investor know for sure, the ELBM management has quite a few warrants, options which also make up part of their remuneration. These expire as "worthless" if the share prices are not listed accordingly at the latest on the last exercise day. This alone contradicts a disinterest in the share price performance on the part of the option holder. That just doesn't make sense.
