CRUX

CRUXCrux opens his GQC to Jeff that arbitration is filed or going to be filed. That suggests he may have heard something along that line to bring it up to Jeff and putting him on the spot.Jeff said he did not hear anything on that but stated it could be possible. In other words no direct yes or no on the matter.Jeff is smart enough to not answer the question and not front run news that would be material (being in the know) as he is not an insider putting Bill on the spot as a leak. That said I think arbitration is a good thing for GQC as it forces a decision for Abe to follow the DR mining law no matter the politics.Bill stated its time for "a thumbs up or down" in the National Post interview. To me that makes me think arbitration in very likey to start the process before another $1.5 million evaporates from the treasury in 2023.The SP will tank on arb news but set the stage for the future of Romero.Filing arb by a DR local give Abes the cover to blame any outcome on the court and he was forced to issue the permit that he wanted to issue but did not want the to lose face in DR politics.I for one welcome arb.
