Company management obviously did not understand how demanding a more comprehensive audit process with sales, inventory, etc, an audit process is.

When auditors request further information, the expectation is that you comply immediately.

They likely took days to reply and comply and then got red-flagged causing an ongoing barrage of information items.

Not smart. Not efficient.  Poor execution. 

My only hope is that they learn from this.

Hopefully some good news releases in the near future with a trade resumption may help make this a forgotten memory.

Yestrerday's news indicates they are submitting and filing today, so hopefully it is trading next week.

The game is over for these scammers
