RE:Misleading 40F filling meanSounds like a total FU. Easy to  see why shareholders are fleeing in  droves. Either there is a carefully orchestrated plan to destroy the company or they are indeed completely incompetent. Whatever, this will take  a very long time to sort and the SP will float down all the while.
