RE:RE:RE:Dividends are dropping

RE:RE:RE:Dividends are dropping Any future special dividends have not yet been announced. Why are you complaining about something that has not yet happened?

Last year the first special dividend was only $1.25 and the first regular dividend was $0.20. This year the first special dividend was $2.00 and the regular dividend was $0.25. Do the math. The dividends paid out so far this year have increased significantly compared to the same time period last year. The yield has also increased.

Trying to enlighten us by talking this stock down is not working. TOU is up 14% since the March low last month. The dividend yield for 2023 will likely be somewhere around 10%. Many analysts are calling for a further share price appreciation of 30% compared to where TOU is trading at today. Sitting on the sidelines is proving to be a big mistake.
