At these levels, it is very cheap for a strategic buyout (if the acquirer has customers or can become more monopolized so that they can get higher prices).

Hoewver, the margins being narrow, for non-strategic buyouts, it is not as cheap. Maybe still relatively well priced, but it is not a money prinint business as some buyers like ... It barely makes any profits. The value will be highly dependent on the growth factor and whether they can keep up the growth which is yet to be seen.
