Electra Battery Materials Corporation is a Canada-based processor of low-carbon, ethically sourced battery materials. The Company is focused on building a supply of cobalt, nickel and recycled battery materials. It is engaged in the business of battery materials refining, including refining material from mining operations and from the recycling of battery scrap and end of life batteries. It owns two main assets: the refinery located in Ontario, Canada and the Iron Creek cobalt-copper project located in Idaho, United States. Its projects include Ontario Refinery, Recycling, Becancour, North American Nickel and Iron Creek. It is in the process of constructing its expanded hydrometallurgical cobalt refinery, assessing the various optimizations and modular growth scenarios for a recycled battery material (known as black mass) program, and exploring and developing its mineral properties. The Iron Creek Project consists of mining patents and exploration claims over an area of 3,300 hectares.

RE:RE:TheyThis is how elbm gets back to its pre 18/1 consolidaton share price

Remember all those rosy promises about how a Nasdaq listing made back them -- now look at our share price on Nasdaq.
This is where financial engineering takes you.

Every one loses We had 30 to 40 cents a pre-consolidated share on the TSX - now can we even get 8 cents for that original share?


It has been a sad but well predicted fall for readers on this board.
Never let this financial flim / flam happen again - that is the lesson being learned now if you did not know it before.

Good luck to real investors.

By the way, where is that new InvestorRelations marketing guy who was going to do wonders for our share price - did anyone ever hear from him?

Also we are hearing management blame this on damaged parts being received. Don,t thy carry insurance?
