True North Commercial Real Estate Investment Trust (the REIT) is a Canada-based unincorporated, open-ended real estate investment trust. The REIT is primarily focused on creating value for unitholders through the investment in and ownership of commercial properties in Canada. This is one of the best tax loss selling candidates out there so if someone hasn't taken it yet they're going to the next couple weeks. 


basically 75 to 80% loss. 


but I agree anyone's crazy to sell it at these levels considering it will come back in Jan.  


 we really only have to have patience for one more month and then things will at least stabilize.
