DD owns or directly controls 13% of the company. He likely heavily influences more than 50% of the O/S shares which makes a hostile takeover virtually impossible.

Given DD’s stated ambitions for GSI supported by his track record, it would take a ridiculous premium for any takeover attempt to succeed at this point.
