Looks Like We Will Be Sold

Mumford has just pushed himself onto the BOD. He is our largest shareholder and our largest bagholder at the same time. Dude can't be happy about his past involvement in corporate finacings as he's completely underwater. What's his way out you ask? Force himself onto the Board with a wack of options, RSU's and PSU's all at a dirt cheap valuation which lowers his overall cost then put some lipstick on the Pig and put her up for sale. Anything over his average gives him a golden parachute. Should be interesting in 2024 to say the least. What will we be sold for? Anyone's guess
