RE:RE:Having Mumford on BODWe can ask why Mummy is on the BOD now and not 6 Months ago? We can ask why Insiders get bonus shares, options and the like for $.07 when the share price has collapsed? We can ask why they have diluted retailers? Did the macr environment lead to share decline?

But the fact of this is, all the answers to this and more doesn't matter.  All that matters is Mummy has obviously stepped in cause he's not a happy camper.  He has a reputation for selling past companies.  He just lowered his average dramatically and now he's gonna shop this Bad Girl for the best price he can get.  

We are gone as soon as he can ink a deal, no doubt about it.  No consolidation, no future financings.  Just dress her up, some lipstick and pumps then send her on her way
