Target raised !!

Target raised !!

Raymond James - that has been the lead of driving reit ratings down the past year.

They have been extremely negative on the sector.  ( easy call with rates )

raised there target  from 2.75. To 2.85

still a joke as far as I'm concerned, they should have balls to raise it much higher than that at least 3.50.

so my one year call from now is 3.50. Or better.  We'll wait a year and see who is correct !

I do not like these analysts. when the price falls they just lower their targets as the price rises they rise their targets in line with what the stock does. ( just follow the stock price )

Any Muppet can do that.   They rarely ever go against the grain. I can't believe they get paid for this.

there was also a big buy close to 150 shares today!   Good luck !!

happy new year !! and happy reit recovery year!!
