thanks golddigger..... They were paying out about $7M/qtr in distributions.  With that cash, they can buy the daily max of 11,380 shares daily for appr 60 trading days (assuming an avg $10/unit price).
If they are able to do this daily for 2 quarters they can buy appr 1.4M shares (again, assuming avg $10/unit price). That would max out the NCIB and share count would be appr 14.6M shares (if it all works out).. If unit price were to go higher, then they would require more than the distribution money to max out the NCIB by buying the 1.4M shares.
