RE:RE:RE:Another property for sale in HamiltonAlthough it's a very small part of the portfolio, it is so irredemably unattractive that a sale at around the asking price could be another important piece of proof that the stock is extremely undervalued.

This volatility is frustrating - we've lost $2 from the SP, when it looked more likely we would GAIN $2!   However, nothing has fundamentally changed over that period.  The market is quibbling over the precise timing of the first cut, but directionally we know it is coming and coming within a relatively foreseeable timeframe.    In any event, the first cut is not the major issue but the speed and degree of what follows.   It may be wise to trim positions to create dry powder if we get a bump on the first cut,  but then the euphoria fades if it becomes clear that the dot plot is getting strung out further than people imagine.
