The REIT is primarily focused on creating value for unitholders through the investment in and ownership of commercial properties in Canada. RE:NCIB getting less than usual past 2 dayslikely a sign of declining volumes and lower liquidity. an ncib usually operates at 2 ticks off bid price.

it is my guess.
