Could we please all email Managment and plead for them to sell *anything* and use *less than half* of the proceeds to run the NCIB while we hang out at these discounts? It would be accretive to AFFO, FFO and NAV per unit. All everyone cares about is the distribution. This fortifies it. Cheers.
