RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Takeout price I inbk the originators of this reit are motivated foir an exit....it's been quite a while since theyn put it all togeherr and they're not spring chickens.
It went public years ago via Canaccord and had a very similar structure to a similar deal that I was involved in and the debentures told the tale and in MHO the same thing will happen here. Therer was no reason for the DEbs to run up to par again at this time. I think they happened in July for sthe same reason but the deal orproposal may have been delayed. Guess we'll see. Either way the Debs firming up is an excellent sign for all investors. This remains an oversized position for me and I drip as well.
Rode the ups and downs and ultimately, this turns out very well....
