RE:RISING OIL PRICES...With the debt wall PPR is facing in 75 days, rising oil prices are coming too little , too late. The Board of Directors need to strike a deal with the Lender or merge the Company between now and then. Share trading is very light, so there is no telling what is going on behind the scenes.
