I'm clueless Hello everyone

Maybe someone here could explain me like if I was 12yo, because I don't understand the final outcome of the merge.

-Did the merge is completed? Because I still own CBIT shares. If it's to come, when is it planned?
-What is the value of the merge for a CBIT stock owner? I read about percentages and splits, but I don't understand what is the $ value that we will get for our shares.
