TF - Fantastic First Quarter

TF - Fantastic First QuarterTF has a book value of 8.39 a share and every knows it should be trading at book value at least.

I am surprized they have not go a takeover off at $8.40, it would be good for the shareholders and a cheap acquisition and injection of capital for another lender.

9.35% return, plus last year got a bonus payment, what wrong with the markets?

This company has $8.40 in cash for every share?

Way to cheap, and it like buying a GIC professionally managed with a 22% upside near term potential.

9.3% interest + 13% capital gain.
