Looked it up on SEDI, lots of exercising and selling for sure....Errico ~100K GIGG ~100K Sadiq 88K (at least he used he kept some), Shea (Director) 35K. 

Not a fan of it at all especially when the daily trading volume is so low. Makes you feel like a moron buying when mgmt is selling.
