I just think poor decisions are being made. The stock doesn't have enough daily volume for management to dump 385K shares in a quarter. Either they set aside $10-12M a year from the capex budget to buy back the 2M options they issue every year, or don't issue them at all. I understand this is part of managements income but what about shareholders' income? Management is investing their current labour, we're investing our past labour.
