RE:RE:RE:RE:New Press Release - Sonoro Announces Results of the Annual and Special Meeting

RE:RE:RE:RE:New Press Release - Sonoro Announces Results of the Annual and Special MeetingThe problem is that only 68,771,736 shares out of 223,334,075 shares participated in the vote. I don't get how people put money in a company and just don't care about it...

Here the breakdown of the insiders ownership
David Leung 4,356,667
Michael Dean Callaway 6,153,332
Sara Akbar 11,339,999
Enrique Antonio Legarre 2,666,666
Richard Wadsworth 4,858,001
William James Marpe 8,266,246

Total 37,641,289

So if you exclude the insiders, that only let 31,130,447 shares... so if you subtract the friends and their family members shares that mean there's only a few "real" shareholders that have voted.
Sad really sad.

Wadsworth, Dean, and Leung should all be booted out for using shareholders as an ATM for years and delivering nothing. How could they put out a PR gloating about the vote fresults, and yet not mention our apparently producing well, or any future drill plans? Might be time for IIROC to get involved and remind the BOD of their fiduciary responsibilities and disclosure requirements.
