Armoyan is buying MRT units again. He's not running out of cash. He's buying this in a certain range, which we briefly moved above. Now, we're back down again and he's hoovering shares once again.

Why?

Because he is busy trying to save Slate Office Reit (unit price down from $5+ to .20) from bankruptcy. He may be running out of extra cash.
