RE:Confused...somewhat dazed AYUR shares will be consolidated 1-for-10. There will be ~ 26,070,386 shares of the merged entity owned by AYUR shareholders and ~ 4,841,934 will be owned by AROGO shareholders. The merged entity will consist of $19.6M US in cash plus AYUR operations which are near breakeven in profitability before any reduction in excise taxes.
