Acquisition is still feasible even with Arogo being on the OTC. Plenty of large international companies list on the OTC for American exposure. Continued quarterly growth from AYUR and a slight ...more

So $0.86 /sh = $0.086 pre rollback so stock is trading at cash value with no value attributed to AYUR's pot operations.

Maybe merger deal is hoping feds will eventually reduce the damn excise tax. If excise tax is reduced to 10% of revenue which is similar to original rate of $1.00 tax on $10/gm, then stock will soar. ...more
