It offers two types of shares, such as Preferred Shares and Class A Shares. Typical market overraction. JP already bouncing back as we speak. In any case FFN still trading at a slight discount  even with the 7% & 3% drop in WFC and Citi that knocks off 0.12cents from the NAV.
